“After stalking Sonia’s Instagram page and seeing how talented she was, we knew that she was definitely the one to do our Wedding cake. We met with Sonia and she gave us an array of various flavour cakes to try, based upon what we had mentioned...there were 6 in total and it was far too hard to choose the exact flavours we wanted - my Husband to be and I literally closed our eyes and picked 4 out of the 6, because all were so tasty! A Wedding is one of the most memorable moments of your life and we really wanted a 4 tiered show stopper with true Italian flavours. We ended up having 4 different flavours. There was lots of flexibility with Sonia in allowing us to have this.
I remember sending Sonia some images of cakes i’d seen and loved. She took what i’d sent and put her own spin on it… amazing! The overall styling, taste, and look of the cake was second to none. Everyone was obsessed with the cake, so much so, a lot of people who came to my wedding / saw me post it on my social media have used Sonia for their cakes too. I guess that means something! Keep on baking, because you have a real skill”
